QD (G) type high head sea water pump is a horizontal multi-stage Centrifugal Pump and suitable for transporting sea water (with the contained foreign matters' content less than l % and graininess less than 0. 1mm) and other liquids of both physical and chemical natures similar those of pure water.
QD(G) type high head sea water pump is used for pumping all kinds of sea water,corrosive sea water,rainwater and mariculture department etc.

The basic structure of multistage pump is composed of six parts, respectively, the impeller, pump, shaft, bearings, seal rings, stuffing box.
Impeller: it is a core part of multistage pump, we offered with closed impeller, smooth inner and outer surface help to reduce he flow friction loss, and play crucial roles in pumping water at very high pressure.
Casing: it is a body of multistage water pump, to play a role of supporting & fastening, and connected to the bracket whitch mounting the bearing.
Pump Shaft: It is the main components of the mechanical energy transfer.
Shaft Bearing: it is a component to support the shaft, there are two kinds of rolling bearing and Sliding bearings. Rolling
bearing use butter as a lubricant oil, Sliding bearings using a transparent oil as a lubricant.
Sealing ring: use to increase the resistance of back-flow, and reduce internal leakageAlso known as leakage reduction ring, by this way, it is helpful for Increase the service life of the impeller and casing.
Stuffing Box: Composed of packing, seal loop, packing tube, packing gland, seal tube. Keep pump in vacuum state when working.
