SLL series pump comes as a large aperture vertical singlestage single-suction centrifugal pump and is applicable for the water supply and drainage system of large thermal power pants, the industrial and city water supply and drainage system, the water supply and drainage project in the farmland construction,
Remote water transportation and equipment completion to transport pure water or other liquids of the physical and chemical natures similar to those of pure water, with the temperature of the medium not over 50 degree centigrade.

Of SLL series pump, the flow range is 2800-21600m /h, the head range is 17~70m, the inlet diameter is 600~1200mm, available with 18 kinds of products of the basic norms in 6 apertures and different performance demands can be met with by means of cutting the outer diameter of the impeller or regulating the speed of the motor.

Product features

1. Designed by referring to the domestic and foreign excellent waterpower model and adopting the advanced waterpower design software, resulting in an excellent performance, higher reliability and stability with the pump.

2. Due to the full absorbed superiorities on the structure of the large aperture vertical centrifugal pumps made in the large manufacturers both at home and abroad, the pump holds the features of advanced and simple structure, easy repair and reliable work.

3. The pump is in a vertical structure, sucks in axially and vomits horizontally.

4. For the pump unit, there are single-basis and doublebasis two ways of installation, the single-basis way is suitable for 600~900mm apertures and, for 1000~1200mm apertures, both ways are available. For the double-basis way, a drive shaft can be set to satisfy the installation height.

5. A packing seal is used for the shaft sealing, easily mountable and maintained, without need of any external flushing water.

6. The bearing is a rolling one and lubricated with grease. With 600~900 apertures a thrust bearing is set and it bears the axial force. For the pumps of other norms, the axial force will be borne by the motor.

7. Viewing from the motor, the impeller moves CCW.

Working conditions

1. The pressure at the pump inlet less than 0.4MPa, the maximum working pressure of the pump system less than 1.0MPa, please note the two pressures at order.

2. Applicable medium: Pure water or the media of the physical and chemical natures similar to those of pure water, please note it at order if the medium carries fine grains.

3. Medium temperature less than 50 degree centigrade.

4. Ambient temperature less than 40 degree centigrade, RH less than 95%.

5. For the pump units of 1000~1200mm apertures, either single-basis or double-basis way of installation is workable, please note it at order.
